squared corners script
i’m wondering this. anyone just got sick of all the rounded corner boxes in your design? but instead of removing all the rounded corner code, you take the lazy way out and replace the images with squares? 8 months agoboringness ascending
- jake oliver: we should come up with something like the flickr interestingness algorithm
- jake oliver: whoa flickr is trying to patent interestingness
- jake oliver: United States Patent Application: 0060242139
- peter: dummmmb
- peter: in that case I am going to patent boringness
- jake oliver: hahaha
- jake oliver: then we can just do an inverse list
- jake oliver: and we'll have interestingness
- peter: sort by boring ascending

Edit your photos! On Flickr! « Flickr Blog
i’m a day or two late to this news but things like this makes me wonder about when the *real* news will come out: video sharing on flickr. they know it’s coming. we know it’s coming. they know that we know it’s coming. when is it coming?

About a month ago, we released a new feature called Beacon to try to help people share information with their friends about things they do on the web. We’ve made a lot of mistakes building this feature, but we’ve made even more with how we’ve handled them. We simply did a bad job with this release, and I apologize for it.
