- find a way to explain to users a complicated process and its value proposition in a sentence.
- whenever possible take the most future-proof way of sizing an element.
- identify the difference between when WHO did what is more important than who did WHAT.
- find the right order of activities and page types to bubble up to reinforce the idea of community.
- assume some portion of the users will change their mind constantly after performing an action or stop second guessing their intentions?
- soon or later, everything is going to start looking like a problem that’s best solved with a tab interface. resist the temptation.
