Video Service Veoh Turns Off Part of International Visitors; Out For Another Round
having worked in the past at a *very* highly traffic’d site with about 90% of its traffic stemming from outside the u.s., i can certainly see the angle but is it common to block international traffic for solely monetization reasons?
