this one took a little while to ship but we wanted to get it right. it went through more aggressive rounds of ideation, reiteration, rejection, reinterpretation and physical retaliation involving more team members than perhaps anything we ever undertook. it’s also one of those projects that could’ve easily devolved into yet another featuritis-stricken craptimization exercise if we didn’t abide by the 3-axis of vimeo ux: simple, easy and fun. i want to thank all the members and beta testers who contributed to the making of “project unicorn”. i hope you will enjoy.
